More than just a steam railway!!

By Car the Heritage Centre is 3 miles south of Nottingham City Centre just off the A52 ring road and the main A60 road (via the small roundabout at Ruddington) and 7 miles north of Loughborough. It is signposted in both directions.

By Bus from Nottingham City Centre and Broadmarsh Bus Station. For local bus times phone 0115 924 0000. The Nottm. Corporation Transport No. 10 service terminates near the Centre on each open Sunday. During the rest of the year this service terminates in Ruddington Village, which is approx. half a mile from the centre via the Country Park.

By Rail  from Nottingham. The nearest railway network station to the Nottingham Transport Heritage Centre is Nottingham Midland, which is situated close to Broadmarsh Bus Station and the City Centre. This station is normally serviced by Midland Mainline and Central Trains.
